He advances market development and regulatory reform across emerging markets through policy research and advisory. His policy work centers on how enabling regulation can foster responsible innovation, strengthen competition, protect consumers, foster greater financial health, and build more inclusive and resilient financial systems, . He has also led work on how digital finance can better support livelihoods and economic opportunity, including through financing for small businesses, inclusive asset finance, energy access, and approaches that accelerate women’s financial inclusion.
