Director Regional Financial Cooperation Division, International Bureau

After graduating from the Faculty of Law at the University of Tokyo in 2002, Mr. Tsuda joined the Ministry of Finance of Japan. He has since served in a number of senior roles, including Senior Advisor in the Monetary and Capital Markets Department at the International Monetary Fund (IMF), and Director of the Treasury Division of the Financial Bureau at the Ministry of Finance, concurrently serving as Director for Digital Currency. He assumed his current position in July 2025. He earned an MBA from Columbia University in 2009.
