Yee Ler is the Head of Policy for Adyen in APAC, where he leads the company's policy and government engagements across the region on payments and emerging technology.

Prior to Adyen, Yee Ler held policy roles at Amazon and Tencent, where he led engagements on a diverse range of policy issues from payments and tax, to data privacy and content regulation. Yee Ler started his career as a diplomat with the Singapore Foreign Service and served at the Singapore Embassy in Jakarta.

Yee Ler holds a bachelor's degree in History from Cambridge University and a master's degree in International Affairs from the Geneva Graduate Institute.
