Alan Crofts

Alan is responsible for leading the FMA Innovation Strategy and the associated delivery program, including the work on our regulatory Sandbox, Digital Assets, AI and Fintech engagement. Prior to the FMA he was the Commercial Lead in the ASB Innovation team responsible for building the global Fintech engagement programme. Alan has held engineering, commercial and leadership roles in financial services, information technology and international economic development.
