Financial AI Builders: Scaling Innovation in Regulated Markets
Public-Private RoundtableRoundtable Room 2Invite-OnlyModerator
About this session
The next phase of AI in finance will not be defined by better models alone, but by institutions that can successfully embed AI into regulated business processes at scale. From compliance and risk management to customer servicing and agentic finance, AI is creating new opportunities to transform how financial services are designed, delivered and supervised. As institutions explore frontier AI capabilities, the challenge is no longer just building AI solutions, but operationalising them responsibly while maintaining trust, resilience and accountability.
Many financial institutions face similar challenges in developing, evaluating and deploying AI, yet often tackle them independently. Through BuildFin.ai, financial institutions, technology providers and research institutes are collaborating to develop and scale frontier AI capabilities within established regulatory and risk management frameworks. This includes the development of the MindForge AI Risk Management Toolkit, which provides practical guidance, industry case studies and implementation insights, as well as the SAFR (Safeguards for Agentic Finance at Runtime) framework, which explores safeguards for AI-enabled financial activities. This roundtable brings together members of the BuildFin.ai community and industry leaders to exchange lessons from the front lines of AI deployment and discuss how collaboration can help accelerate the responsible adoption of AI across financial services. -

Tokenized Market Infrastructure – The Scaling Challenge
BLOOM: When Digital Money Works Together
Public-Private RoundtableRoundtable Room 3Invite-OnlyModerator
About this session
The conversation around digital money has largely focused on issuance, whether stablecoins, tokenized deposits or central bank digital currencies. BLOOM (Borderless, Liquid, Open, Online, Multicurrency) focuses on a different question: how can different forms of digital money coexist and work together seamlessly in real-world payments, treasury, liquidity management and cross-border settlement? Bringing together banks, payment service providers, FinTechs and policymakers, BLOOM supports the development, deployment and scaling of digital money solutions, alongside the interoperability, regulatory alignment and partnerships needed for adoption.
This roundtable convenes the BLOOM community to take stock of ongoing work on cross-bank interoperability, programmable compliance and liquidity optimisation, and share lessons from implementation. Participants will also explore emerging opportunities such as micropayments, agentic payments and automated treasury management, and identify the standards, partnerships and policy support needed to scale these capabilities across institutions and jurisdictions.

Tokenized Market Infrastructure – The Scaling Challenge
Beyond Issuance: Putting Tokenization to Work
Public-Private RoundtableRoundtable Room 3Invite-OnlyModerator
About this session
The first wave of asset tokenization proved that funds, bonds and other assets can be represented digitally and transacted on-chain. Yet despite a growing number of tokenized products, adoption remains fragmented and concentrated in isolated use cases. The next challenge is not creating more tokenized assets, but making them useful. How can tokenized assets be mobilised as collateral, deployed in funding markets, transferred seamlessly across institutions, and integrated into liquidity and treasury operations?
Building on Guardian's work in tokenized collateral and tokenized funds, this roundtable explores how tokenized assets can evolve from investment products into operational instruments that support financing, margining, collateral management and liquidity optimisation. Participants will discuss the legal, regulatory and infrastructure enablers needed to unlock collateral mobility, the role of tokenized money market funds and sovereign debt instruments, and whether a more connected ecosystem can create the scale necessary for institutional adoption.
