Avalon Ingram

Avalon is the Business Lead for Digital Assets at SWIFT, where she drives strategic engagement with banks, market infrastructures and regulators on the adoption of tokenization, digital assets and next-generation payment and settlement models. Her role supports SWIFT’s vision across both traditional and emerging digital asset ecosystems.

With over 14 years of experience across financial crime compliance, payments and RegTech, she has worked with AI-driven RegTech startups and served on the Singapore FinTech Association’s RegTech Sub-Committee (2020–2021). Avalon is a frequent speaker and moderator at industry events across digital assets, payments innovation, compliance and financial inclusion
