Khai Uy Pham

Khai Uy Pham leads cross-border digital currency and payments initiatives at the Banque de France, bringing DeFi-native protocols and programmable compliance to wholesale finance.

He specialises in tokenised central bank and commercial bank money, collateral management, liquidity optimisation, programmable compliance and foreign exchange settlement.

With close to three decades in capital markets, he previously held leadership roles at BNP Paribas Securities Services, Société Générale CIB, Crédit Agricole CIB, Universal Investment and Accenture. He is the founder of Aiko Academy, a research and training laboratory on tokenised finance and decentralised finance, and an Adjunct Professor at HEC Paris, teaching blockchain, digital currencies and decentralised finance in the Master in International Finance programme.

Khai holds an Executive MBA in Financial Markets from ESSEC Business School and Mannheim Business School, and a Master 2 Research degree in Financial Markets from Université Paris Dauphine-PSL.
