Tram Anh Nguyen is a leading voice on building human capability at scale for governments, institutions and organisations in the age of AI.

She is Co-Founder of CFTE (Centre for Finance, Technology and Entrepreneurship), a global capability platform focused on AI, digital finance and workforce transformation, which has reached more than 200,000 participants across 130 countries.

Through CFTE, Tram Anh works with governments, central banks, public institutions and senior leaders on one of the defining challenges of the AI economy: how to build the human capabilities required to respond to technological change at scale. Her work combines institutional trust, global connectivity and practical execution, helping organisations translate AI transformation into capability programmes, learning ecosystems and future-ready talent strategies.

She led the Future Skills Forum, bringing together leaders across industry, government and education to address the skills and leadership required for a rapidly changing economy. She is also Chairwoman of Global Women in AI, a global platform focused on advancing women’s leadership, representation and influence across the artificial intelligence ecosystem.

Tram Anh is an Entrepreneurship Expert at Oxford Saïd Business School and has been recognised among the UK Top 50 Tech Influencers.

Before founding CFTE, she spent nearly two decades in financial services, with roles at Standard Chartered in New York, Dresdner Kleinwort and UBS Wealth Management in London.

Her work today focuses on building the human capabilities, leadership and resilience that enable institutions and economies to turn AI adoption into lasting economic and social progress.
