Ziqing Ang

Ziqing Ang is Head of Policy, APAC at TRM Labs, where she works with regulators, policymakers, law enforcement, and industry to advance responsible digital asset innovation and strengthen financial integrity across the region. She joined TRM Labs from Bright Point International Digital Assets (BPI Financial Group), where, as Chief Business Officer, she led the development of the firm's institutional OTC brokerage, driving licensing, market infrastructure, and liquidity sourcing. Earlier, as Vice President, Business Development at Sygnum, the world's first regulated digital asset bank, she supported digital asset adoption among institutional and accredited investors. Ziqing began her career at the Monetary Authority of Singapore (MAS), spending over eight years across financial markets development and reserve management. She helped shape Singapore's capital markets ecosystem with industry and public-sector stakeholders, before managing fixed income portfolios and contributing to macroeconomic and investment research for Singapore's official foreign reserves.
