      Ms. King is a legal and financial industry leader and an advocate for applying blockchain technology to commerce and social governance. Her work connects digital asset infrastructure, payments and the emerging human–AI economy.

      As Chief Operating Officer of Cobo, a global provider of digital asset custody and wallet infrastructure, Lily oversees strategic partnerships, governance, compliance and investor relations. She focuses on how AI agents, stablecoins and programmable wallets can reshape commerce and financial services, helping build the infrastructure and governance frameworks needed for institutional adoption and agentic payments.

      Before joining Cobo, Lily served as General Counsel at PAG Asia Capital, one of Asia’s largest alternative investment management firms, advising its buyout and growth funds for over a decade. Drawing on a multidisciplinary background in law, social policy, finance and technology, she develops practical structures for complex transactions and emerging business models.

      Lily speaks regularly at blockchain, fintech and technology events and contributes commentary on financial governance, digital assets and AI to media outlets including the South China Morning Post, Bloomberg, Forkast and Nikkei.
