Mengfei Gao is Stripe’s Global Head of Expansion and Payment Partnerships. She leads a team of business development and partnership leaders across EMEA APAC, and LATAM working with financial institutions, payments companies, and technology partners to support Stripe’s expansion into new markets. Her work sits at the intersection of product and commercial strategy, ecosystem development, and partnership execution. Mengfei spent seven years with Stripe in London and was also an Executive Board Member for Stripe UK.
