Sanjar is a Member of the Management Board of the National Bank of the Kyrgyz Republic. He has extensive experience in public administration, financial regulation, payment systems, and digital financial technologies.

Holds a specialist law degree with honors and an LLM in Technology, Media and Telecommunications Law from Queen Mary University of London, where he studied as a Chevening Scholar.

Prior to joining the Management Board, Sanjar held various positions within the Kyrgyz Government and the National Bank of the Kyrgyz Republic.
