State of G20 Cross-Border Payment Goals

Synopsis:
Announced in 2021, the G20 Roadmap for Enhancing Cross-border Payments aims to make cross-border payments cheaper, faster, as well as more accessible and transparent by 2027. Amongst other goals, the plan aims to ensure that 75% of cross-border payments are completed within an hour, with the remainder completed within one business day.
