    Banking Circle's expansion across Asia-Pacific continues to gain momentum. In March 2025, the company received in-principle approval for a Major Payment Institution licence from the Monetary Authority of Singapore. Between 2022 and 2025, Singapore team has doubled in size, reinforcing Banking Circle's long-term commitment to the market. In addition, the company also completed the acquisition of Australian Settlements Limited, an Authorised Deposit Taking Institution in Australia in August 2025 and is set to revolutionise payments in Australia.
