A senior banking, payments and digital transformation executive, she brings over 30 years of leadership experience across banking, fintech and payments spanning strategy, business leadership, product, operations, transformation and international expansion. Nischita has a proven track record of building and scaling businesses, transforming products and operating models, driving profitability, developing strategic partnerships and leading complex enterprise initiatives.

Prior to Hitachi Payment Services, she has worked in various leadership roles at YES Bank, Deutsche Bank and HSBC with exposure to India, GCC, South Asia, Southeast Asia and Africa. Nischita combines strategic thinking with strong execution capability across business growth, digital transformation, commercial strategy, governance, product innovation and stakeholder management.
