      Esli Spahiu is the AI Experience Centre Manager at The Luxembourg House of Financial Technology (LHoFT), which aims at driving innovation at the intersection of artificial intelligence and fintech.

      In her current role, she collaborates closely with financial institutions, startups, technology providers, and ecosystem partners to accelerate AI adoption and encourage cross-sector collaboration across Luxembourg’s financial industry. Her work focuses on supporting the implementation of responsible AI initiatives, fostering knowledge exchange, and helping organizations better understand and integrate emerging AI technologies.

      Esli holds a Ph.D. in Management from Luiss University, Italy, with a focus on organisations and information systems, and a Master’s degree from Imperial College London. She has extensive experience leading and contributing to digital innovation projects across both the public and private sectors, with a focus on organisational transformation and technology adoption.
