      Paid Tickets

      •  Unless otherwise stipulated, all prices quoted are in the currency stated on the ticketing page. All prices quoted are exclusive of, but subject to, prevailing taxes, which will be applied at the time of payment. Full payment is required to complete registration. Registrations are only successful if there is a confirmation email.
      • Participants' particulars may be subject to verification, and registrations may be cancelled if particulars provided are inaccurate or incomplete.
      • If you wish to substitute a participant, please inform the organisers at least 2 weeks before the event commences. Substitution requests are subject to the organisers' approval. No refunds shall be made for cancellations and/or non-attendance.
      • Badges/tickets/passes are personal to the registered participant, and may not be shared or transferred.
      • Badges must be collected in person or by duly authorised personnel.
      • The organisers may require photo identification collecting badges or entry to the event.
      • Badges must be worn and visible at all times at the event.
      • The organisers reserve the right to refuse entry to, or remove from the venue, any person using another person's badge, whose conduct is inconsistent with the purpose of the event, who poses a risk to the safety of others, or who fails to comply with these terms or with the instructions of the organisers, the venue or the authorities, without notice, refund or compensation.
      • The organisers may add, withdraw, reschedule, substitute or vary programmes, times, venues, or capacity without any notice, refund or compensation.
      • The event may be photographed, filmed, livestreamed or recorded. By attending the event, your image, likeness and voice may be used by the organisers and their appointed partners for event, editorial, archival and marketing purposes.
      • Participants attend the event at their own risk and voluntarily assume all risks and danger incidental to the event. To the fullest extent under law, the organisers are not responsible and do not accept any liability for any direct or indirect loss, accident, damage, personal injury, death or health issues, in relation to or in connection with such attendance of the event.
      • Prices are subject to change without prior notice.

      Non-Paid Tickets

      • Registration must be completed in full and subject to review and verification by the organisers. Organisers may, at their sole discretion, approve or decline any registration.
