Elad Roisman

Elad Roisman is Chief Regulatory & Policy Officer and General Counsel, Regulatory at Fireblocks. Before joining Fireblocks, he was a Partner at Cravath, Swaine & Moore, where he led the Digital Assets Practice. Elad previously served as a Commissioner and Acting Chairman of the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission. He has also held senior legal roles at the U.S. Senate Banking Committee and NYSE Euronext, giving him a rare vantage point on financial regulation from both the public and private sector. He holds a J.D. from Boston University School of Law and is based in Washington, D.C.
