Frank van Dunné

Frank van Dunné is a Senior Policy Officer at De Nederlandsche Bank (DNB), specialising in digital finance, financial regulation and geopolitical developments affecting the financial sector. He leads DNB's implementation of the Markets in Crypto-Assets Regulation (MiCAR) and is responsible for policy work related to major EU digital finance initiatives, including the AI Act, DORA and FIDA. In addition, he contributes to DNB's strategic work on geopolitical risks, financial resilience and Europe's economic competitiveness. Frank also leads DNB's InnovationHub and previously worked in the European Central Bank's payments division. He holds a Master's degree in Financial Law from Leiden University.
