    Takane Hori is a financial regulatory lawyer specializing in fintech, digital finance, and financial market infrastructure. Earlier in her career, she was seconded to Japan’s Financial Services Agency, where she was involved in developing the country’s fintech regulatory framework. Today she advises financial institutions, technology companies, and fintech ventures on navigating Japan’s evolving regulatory environment.
