    Jeremy Tan is the Founder and CEO of Liquid Group, a Singapore-headquartered cross-border digital payments non-bank financial institution (NFI). Liquid Group operates RoamQR, a multi-network payment platform that facilitates cross-border QR and real-time transactions between participating domestic payment schemes.

    Jeremy works at the intersection of industry and policy on regional payments connectivity. He is a member of Singapore’s Payments Council and serves as Chair of the Payment Sub-Committee of the Singapore FinTech Association. He is the Singapore Representative to the East Asia Business Council (EABC), where Singapore co-chairs the Working Group on Digital Economy alongside Japan, and serves on the Malaysia-Singapore Business Council (MSBC).
