About Asc3ndance 

Asc3ndance is global, industry-backed talent initiative empowering mid-career women to become resilient, empathetic leaders in Web3. Designed to support the transition from Web2 to Web3, it combines technical skills, strategic insights, and leadership development within an all-women cohort. Over several months, participants engage in hands-on learning, mentorship, and community-building to help shape a more inclusive and impactful digital future. 
 

Programme Components

Online Certificate
  • Education programme* supported by a top-ranked university to elevate participants’ knowledge in digital assets. Gain real-world experience and transformation through compelling industry-grade learning materials
Maven Mentorship  
  • Mentorship sessions with curated Asc3ndance Mavens, comprising of industry leaders and seasoned practitioners who will offer guidance and insights throughout the programme  
Hybrid Industry Immersion 
  • In-person visits to leading companies in the blockchain and digital assets space
  • Engagement with senior Web3 leaders, builders and pioneers
  • Sessions recorded for remote attendees 

*Please note that the cost of the online certification programme will be borne by the programme participant.  

Eligibility

 
  • The programme is open to all mid-career women seeking to transition from Web2 to Web3 and develop as resilient, empathetic leaders in the digital assets and blockchain space. 
  • Up to 30 applicants will be selected to participate in the programme. Selection is at the sole discretion of GFTN.
